- PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS - Soak a 1/4 cup of seeds for 6-8 hours. After the full time has elapsed, rinse and drain the seeds. In a sprouting container, spread the seeds evenly, and continue to rinse and drain them at least two or three times a day. At the end of the growing period, put them in direct light for 3 to 5 hours at a temperature between 65-75 degrees. When everything is finished, rinse the beans in a large bowl of water, and let the skin float off.
