- **Rinse:** Take 1–2 tablespoons of seeds and wash them thoroughly with cool water.
- **Soak:** Add the seeds to a jar, fill it with three times the amount of water, and allow them to soak for 8–12 hours.
- **Drain & Rinse:** After soaking, drain the water, rinse the seeds again, and transfer them to a sprouting jar fitted with a mesh lid or use cheesecloth.
- **Sprout:** Rinse and drain the seeds twice each day. Store them in a cool, dark area. In approximately 2–5 days, you will see the sprouts developing.
- **Harvest:** When the sprouts reach 1/2–1 inch in length, give them a final rinse and place them in the refrigerator, where they can last for up to a week. For a milder flavor, expose the sprouts to indirect sunlight for a few hours before refrigeration. Enjoy adding them to salads, sandwiches, and various dishes!
